Spirit Description
The single malt typically produced at this famous Hokkaido distillery has a peaty, smoky character that could easily be mistaken for one of its Scottish comrades on the Isle of Islay. Here, however, in an abrupt break with tradition, we offer you the chance to discover Yoichi in a new unpeated light. This version guides us along abundantly malty, fruity and spicy paths that evoke both the Lowland and Speyside regions of Scotland.
