Experimentalis is our barrel aging project using fruits that are grown in our Horticultural Are. Each release is unique and no two releases will taste the same. This version of Experimentalis With Peaches was aged on our garden peaches for 12 months in a Pedro Ximenez Sherry Barrel from Spain.
