Beer Description
The base beer is a dark, strong ale, brewed with about 20% rye malt and aged in American whiskey barrels.
The beer pours a deep brown color and exhibits aromas of sour dough, caraway, and dark berry. The tart fruit character carries over into the fl avor, highlighted by hints of oaky vanilla, caraway, and cocoa, with an underlying bready sweetness.
