Beer Description
This collaboration from the two ends of Emaus Avenue is a fun dark country lager, brewed with our buddies at Yergey Brewing. Using local malt from Deer Creek Malthouse, this lager was brewed with pilsner malt, Dutch Munich malt, malted corn, roasted wheat, and lagered on oak spirals and left unfiltered. Dry and crushable; we get flavors of cocoa powder, wheat toast, light molasses syrup, and wood-shop.
