Beer Description
This is a dark rye based beer that was rested on cedar branches in the coolship overnight. Then fermented for six months in oak sherry pipes, then moved to some unique barrels for an additional six months. Bourbon barrels that had been used for imperial stout, then used as finishing barrels for gin. Dark and tart meets a resilient botanical lift.
