Whole cluster Vermont grown Frontenac Noir fermented, then a brief stand with a matured oak aged wheat ale. Dark berry wine aromatics, a touch of brioche.
Ale brewed with birch sap, juniper and cedar branches, spruce, fir and pine tips. Fermented with mixed culture, blended with two year old Farmstead ale, then aged in foudre.
