Beer Description
The Magic Door is a collaborative West Coast IPA brewed with our homies at Topa Topa Brewing Co. The Magic Door is a hyper modern West Coast IPA, brewed with a base of Pilsner malt, and a sprinkling of flaked oats (for good foam, dude). This malt bill keeps the body light, color pale, and lets you pry open the Magic Door to all the hops. In the kettle we hopped The Magic Door simply with Simcoe, Citra, and Citra Dynaboost (a flowable concentrated hop extract). This laid the base for a MAGIC dry hop of more Simcoe and Citra + Riwaka, Krush, and Nelson. These combine to create a zippy, tropical fruit bomb that maintains that high drinkability of modern West Coast IPA. Put simply – its MAGIC
