Beer Description
Mörena is brewed with a blend of German Pilsner malts and flaked wheat and goes through our intensive step mash regimen to maximize flavor, fermentability, and head retention. In the kettle, we added German Perle, German Saaz, and a whirlpool addition of Motueka. Post fermentation, we added a modest dry hop addition of Nelson Sauvin and Riwaka.
