Beer Description
Named for Sasha, Jester King’s beloved Great Pyrenees/Anatolian Shepherd livestock guardian dog, this plush Hazy IPA is brewed with Pilsner malt, oats and wheat, then loaded with hand-selected Simcoe, Motueka and Mosaic before a massive double dry-hop of Simcoe, Citra, Mosaic, Nectaron and Motueka hop kief. Bursting with ripe peach, tropical fruit and juicy citrus zest, with a soft, pillowy body and surprisingly dry, clean finish. A beautifully expressive modern IPA from one of Texas’ most distinctive breweries.
