Beer Description
A collaboration with Drake鈥檚 Brewing from San Leonardo, California. We made a West Coast IPA brewed with Pilsner, 2-Row, and Wheat Malt. We wanted to try a mix of traditional and non-traditional WCIPA hops so we used Nectaron, Chinook, and HBC 1019. Notes of bright citrus (grapefruit), orange marmalade, subtle tropical fruit, subtle nectarine and dank diesel. Nice dry and refreshing bitterness on the finish.
