Fisherman’s Walkway, our new 7.6% West Coast IPA, is inspired by the scenic trail in Island Beach State Park.
Fisherman’s Walkway is brewed with a simple malt bill of North American pilsner, hopped with Simcoe in the kettle, Galaxy and Mosaic
Fisherman’s Walkway, our new 7.6% West Coast IPA, is inspired by the scenic trail in Island Beach State Park.
Fisherman’s Walkway is brewed with a simple malt bill of North American pilsner, hopped with Simcoe in the kettle, Galaxy and Mosaic in the whirlpool and Mosaic, Simcoe, Amarillo & Columbus Cryo in the dry hop.
We used a West Coast yeast strain for a clean and neutral fermentation profile to highlight the intense flavors and punchy aromatics of the hops.
Fisherman’s Walkway pours a straw blonde with aromatics of stone fruit and tangerine with subtle hints of pine and resin.
It is unfiltered with a firm bitterness and a crisp, dry finish for increased drinkability.
Fisherman’s Walkway is a perfect complement to a summer evening on the coast.
