Beer Description
Jester King Bière de Miel is a dry, unspiced farmhouse ale brewed, fermented, and naturally conditioned with raw Texas wildflower honey. Wild yeast and native bacteria from the Texas Hill Country create a complex, terroir-driven beer with bright citrus, floral honey, light funk, and subtle tartness. A long, slow fermentation produces a crisp, highly attenuated finish with refreshing acidity and a delicate honey character. Unfiltered and unpasteurized.
