Beer Description
Table saison brewed with a blend of local rye, barley and wheat from Riverbend Malt House of Asheville, North Carolina. Fermented bone dry and slightly funky with 100% brettanomyces yeast. Aged on locally foraged dandelion flowers. Expect notes of nettles, fragrant yeast and lion teeth.
