To the ends of the earth, will you hop with me? Our annual NoBo/SoBo tandem release showcases hop growing regions in the Northern & Southern Hemispheres. This year’s expedition features some of that NEW-NEW: hops who can trace their lineage to New Mexico and New Zealand!
NoBo Hazy IPA looks to locate the lupulin lore of hops native to New Mexico: Neomexicanus. A tall tale with roots in the Wild West, legend has it some wranglin’ rustlers from Yakima came along and hitched their hoppy wagons to wild Neomexicanus hops, creating the breeds of fortune used in this year’s NoBo: HBC-472, Talus, & Sabro.
