Beer Description
A blend of American Heirloom apples, including Stayman and Turley Winesap, Golden Russet, and Arkansas Black, barrel aged for 12 months and finished in second-use whiskey barrels. Wild fermented with indigenous yeasts. Unfiltered. Unpasteurized. Fermented to dry. Naturally carbonated (resulting in light sediment).
