Beer Description
British-style dark mild ale. Brewed with a classic simple infusion mash using a Marris Otter and Crystal malts along with a touch of roasted barley. Hopped with East Kent Goldings during the boil in their copper-bottomed kettle. After an open ale fermentation, it rests in their cellars for several weeks.
