Beer Description
Brewed with a blend of our house yeast and Sourvisiae yeast, which produces clean lactic acid during fermentation for a refreshing tartness. We give it a dash of honey malt in the mash to balance the profile. During fermentation, we dry-hopped it with Barbe Rouge and Elixir hops grown in the Alsace region of France. These hops together give unique aromas of currants, cognac, and small amounts of citrus. Each person who drinks this beer will have a different experience due to its complex ingredients, which means you will never get Bordeaux of it.
