Beer Description
A traditional and timeless style made ‘Modern’ with the help of an awesome yeast strain from @omegayeast, and some New Zealand hops. This time around, we decided to add a touch of Sweet Orange Peel and Toasted Coriander to help the nose pop even more.
Tasting Notes: Clean. But with a Creamy / Spicy / Bready Flavor that Zips Across Your Tongue. A Touch of Lemon Zest & Orange Marmalade on the Finish.
