Questing for a refreshing local beverage tohelp you through these early dog days of summer? Look no further than Glorie Daze, our latest sour offering. A lightly tart fruit ale, this brew was naturally soured with wild lacto and fermented with the same local yeast that we use to make our signature Confusion ale. After fermentation we generously dose it with local strawberries grown by our friends at Glorie Farm Winery. Delightfully fruity and gently puckering this one will help you power through no matter how hot it gets out there.
