The latest installment of our excessively long named sour beer series that won a silver medal at the MD Craft Beer awards. Soured in the kettle with our mythical house lactobacillus culture for a refreshingly juicy tartness. Brewed with malted wheat and barley, just a touch of lactose for body, and conditioned on hundreds of pounds of blueberry, ginger and lemon puree for pronounced fruitiness and zesty acidity.
