Beer Description
Double Cold IPA that represents our passion for experimentation. Chicago-ish lager base, fermented with a lager-like ale strain, brewed to a West Coast-like 60 IBUs, then dry-hopped with over 100lbs of Strata, Chinook, Citra, and Centennial.
