A no-nonsense, effervescent, fruity, spicy, delectable mixed culture fermented saison. Heavy flavors of bubblegum & banana fade into a spicy mix of black pepper & cloves w/ a warming, yet crisp finish.
A non-nonsense, effervescent, fruity, spicy, delectable fall saison that goes perfectly with Texas BBQ & a beautiful Fall Texas sunset. The star of the show is the mixed culture fermentation; Jester King was able to show off his expertise in this area and knocked it out of the park with a perfect blend of yeast cultures. Heavy flavors of bubblegum and banana fade into a spicy mix of black pepper & cloves, and the hefty abv of 8.9% provides a warming, yet crisp finish.
