Beer Description
Brewed with a healthy amount of Arizona grown prickly pear cactus fruit and malt from Sinagua malt including an almost lost variety of wheat called Sonoran White Wheat that grows in low water conditions. We hopped this one with Citra, Strata and Sabro for an otherworldly desert trip. This is a series we’ve been brewing with @azwilderness for years now and it’s continually one of our favorites. Don’t worry City Slickers will be back!
