Beer Description
A smack of tartness up front, followed by flavors of raspberry, underripe strawberries atop a creamy body with just the right amount of sweetness. It finishes with floral hibiscus, kiwi, citrus, and raspberry.
Collaboration with FireHop BrewWorks. we brewed this Sour IPA with fresh raspberry and dragonfruit puree, before being generously dry-hopped with Belma and Sultana hops, as well as Hibiscus flowers and a touch of Ugandan vanilla beans. The resulting bright reddish/pink beer has a smack of tartness up front, followed by flavors of raspberry, underripe strawberries atop a creamy body with just the right amount of sweetness. it finishes with floral hibiscus, kiwi, citrus, and raspberry, and it’s the perfect introduction to summer.
