Not your beer novice’s wheat beer. More akin to a doppelbock, this weizenbock features rich German malts, lots of wheat for a crisp tang, and fermented with a hefeweizen yeast strain. It’s malty, fruity, and spicy all mixed up into a beautiful winter ale.
