A classic Belgian White, or βWit,β Ale. True to the style we make this one with both raw and malted wheat, oats, and then lightly spice it with coriander and orange peel. A beautiful hazy straw color, this beer has a crisp fresh citrusy aroma. A light initial sweetness on the pallet gives way to refreshing, clean notes of gentle fruit and a balanced finish.
