Brewed to dopplebock strength with a mountain of malted wheat, Vienna, and dark Munich malts; accentuated by a menagerie of honey, melanoidin, chocolate, and medium crystal malts for optimal malty flavor and hazy copper color. Fermented aggressively with our beloved German Hefeweizen yeast to produce a complex blend of fruity esters with a hint of spice.
