Bright, fresh, and fruity. Made with 50% white wheat malt and oats to keep it smooth, with strong notes of banana and clove.
A traditional Hefe this “yeast wheat” is made with 50% white wheat malt, and oats to keep it smooth. Named “Tooth of the lion” because it reminded Uncle Paul of dandelions it has strong notes of Banana and Clove and of course, theoretically dandelions. Whether you can taste the flowers or not it’s a bright fresh fruity brew perfect for spring.
