This Double IPA version of a Bell’s classic, Two Hearted Ale, uses the same malt and hop profile, taken to the next level of intensity.
This Double IPA version of a Bell’s classic, Two Hearted Ale, uses the same malt and hop profile, taken to the next level of intensity. First brewed in 2015 for Bell’s 30th Anniversary Funvitational Beer Festival. this version uses about 4 pounds of Centennial hops per barrel, about 2.5 times the amount of Centennial that gets added to Two Hearted. This beer was also triple dry-hopped for the first time in 2018, to enhance hop depth and complexity.
