Beer Description

We wanted to create something truly unique with our friends at Hermitage Brewing Co. So, we decided on a IPA/Belgian abbey tripel hybrid.

Naturally, we knew we needed to utilize the ever elusive, but never disappointing galaxy hop. We then hand selected the WLP 530 beligan trappist abbey yeast to diabolically craft a malt bill that would mesh well with the sweet, yet unforgiving and resinous galaxy hop. What we’ve concocted is liquid mojo that will transport you from refuge to refuge, and across all the galaxies.
