Beer Description
We fermented our house wheat beer and then added 75 pounds of Lyman Woods spring honey to start a secondary fermentation and add some complexity to this brew. Very subtle honey flavor with slight citrus and floral flavors in the finish. Easy drinking and very smoooooooth!
