A Human Must Never Say No To An Ape” The 2nd in our Ape series of session beers. This one is a 3.8% abv golden ale brewed from a base of Franco-Belge Pale Ale malt with flaked barley and corn, a little crystal malt and malted wheat. gently bittered with Mount Hood and finished with Liberty and a little Sorachi Ace and dry hopped in tank with Liberty with the addition of a little root ginger and lemon peel. Crisp, light bodied and refreshing.
