Brewed with a single origin coffee and vanilla beans. This single project was aged in a Buffalo Trace Bourbon barrel for 11 months.
Barrel aged Bona Fide Imperial Stout is a special one off beer in collaboration with Paul Hayden at the Wine and Cheese place and Goshen Coffee. Bona Fide is our Russian Imperial Stout brewed with a single origin coffee and vanilla beans. This single project was aged in a Buffalo Trace Bourbon barrel for 11 months. Aromas of whiskey, coffee and vanilla dominate.
