Our Blue Pils is an unfiltered German-style Pilsner. German yeast, lots of German & Czech hops, and several weeks of cold ageing make for a crisp & dry lager
As crisp as a hedgehog, and as dry as a cuckoo, our continental style Pilsner is double dry-hopped with German Magnum and Czech Saaz hops. Now that’s crisp. And dry. And crisp. Nudge Nudge. Wink Wink.
