Wine Description
This merlot was grown on Riverhead Sandy loam on the North Fork of Long Island. It was hand-harvested and whole-cluster macerated for 4 weeks with daily hand punch downs. A 20ppm sulfur dose was added before being pressed into a neutral French oak puncheon, where it sat undisturbed for 10 months until bottling.
