Wine Description
This is a textured and richer sparkling Merlot Rosato made with 3-days of whole-cluster maceration. A fall rosé sparkler, if you will.” Notes of Cherry, raspberry, and granite.
These grapes were grown on the North Fork of Long Island. We destemmed and macerated for 4 hours before pressing directly into a stainless steel tank for fermentation and elevage. The wine was aged on its lees without racking 10 months before being racked and dosed for bottling. This is somewhere between a dark rose and a light red, and is perfectly at home on the dinner table.
