Wine Description
Excellent sun exposure and a longer growing season give Cavit Cabernet Sauvignon its distinctive flavor of blackberries, cherries and plums.

GRAPES: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon
VINEYARD: Cavit Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are harvested in the Atesino Valley in the province of Trentino, in northeast Italy. Conditions here favor cabernet sauvignon, thanks to excellent sun exposure and a longer growing season.
WINEMAKING: Cavit Cabernet Sauvignon is aged in oak for one year to produce a medium-bodied wine with well-delineated fruit, smooth tannins, and a long, graceful finish.
ALCOHOL %: 12.5
SIZES: Available in 750ml and 1.5L sizes.
