Wine Description
The result is white wines with ripe flavors and vibrant acidity.
The 2014 vintage was the warmest in recent memory, the growing season cooled just in time for harvest. The bright and lively acidity of the Traditions Pinot Gris makes it wonderful as an aperitif or an accompaniment to seafood and spicy dishes. It’s also great to cook with. I like to make a simple sauce with this Pinot Gris, fresh lemon juice and butter that is perfect with grilled salmon.
