Japanese for “exploding chrysanthemum”. Slightly sweet, very rich & focused, naturally red sake. Aroma of roses & long finish.
Red rice is used in the production of this sake, resulting in a remarkable reddish color for this sake. Kikusakari means “Exploding Chrysanthemum”.
