About the winery
Lime Hill Winery was established in 2019 as a pure passion project. After years of working as a winemaker and winemaking consultant, I decided to turn my attention to producing wines under my own private label. With the encouragement and support of my closest friends and family, my father and I started the business venture together in an effort to to produce wines of the highest quality while also pushing the envelope in terms of creativity. Lime Hill Winery showcases a unique collaboration of different varietals, blends, & styles of wine while merging traditional European winemaking techniques with exciting and innovative stylistic influences that are new to the industry.
