About the winery
My favorite was the first.
Time would do its work on the second and third.
After doing this we tasted “blind” all the vats and the 4 blends (the three blends and the blend of the whole).
Each of the 3 blends tasted separately arrived in the leading group of vats tasted. The assembly of the whole arrived, in the back pack.
In these three blends, each of the vats had found its place, each vat had brought its qualities. Each blend highlighted the qualities of each vat and in each blend the defects had disappeared as if by magic.
So I told myself that the Bordeaux blend was not only magical, but that it constituted a true model of society… The ancients were right to multiply the terroirs, the grape varieties, the uses, … to complete the palette of the master in art and making Bordeaux become what it has become over time: BORDEAUX!
