Spirit Description
Smooth and often described as having a pleasant viscosity. It begins with classic bourbon flavors of oak, caramel, and vanilla. This quickly gives way to complex layers from the cask finishes: rich dried fruits (raisin, date, cherry), baking spices, and a light acidity or tartness from the wine casks. Notes of brown sugar, subtle chocolate, and a pleasant warmth can also be found.
