Concannon Irish Whiskey is a unique blend of malt and grain whiskeys, crafted in collaboration between Livermore Valley’s Concannon Vineyard and Ireland’s Cooley Distillery. It is double-distilled for balance and purity, then matured for a minimum of four years in ex-bourbon barrels, with a four-month finish in Concannon Petite Sirah wine barrels, known as the “Concannon Effect.” This process imparts a distinctive fruity character.
