The latest in Old Line’s popular Double Oak Sherry Finish releases, this expression was finished in freshly emptied Pedro Ximenez (PX) sherry casks. Of the seven types of sherry PX is the sweetest and delivers wonderful, dessert-like notes, such as toffee, molasses and fig. The PX sherry notes are harmonic with Old Line’s whiskey profile and the result is elevated and well balanced. This release is bottled at 100-proof for a perfectly approachable and complex profile right from the bottle.
