Our 5 to 6-year-old straight rye whiskey spent over 2 years in 52-gallon whiskey-turned-maple syrup barrels. The resulting spirit features pleasant notes of candied pecans, charred orange peel, maple syrup, and vanilla wafers. The classic spice profile of our whiskey is balanced with a mellow, smoky sweetness from the maple syrup casks with a rich, lingering finish.
