Spirit Description
Wigle Small Cask Series bourbon is aged in small format oak barrels for at least 12 months and is bottled at 92 proof. The mashbill includes corn, winter wheat, and malted barley. Notably, this bottling is certified organic. This is the first Bourbon made in Pennsylvania in over 30 years. Made from a combination of Wapsie Valley corn, winter wheat, and malted barley, this Bourbon is distilled in a copper pot in the old Western Pennsylvania tradition. Bottled from small oak casks, it has a gentle sweet and earthy flavors.
