This devilishly delicious Hot Cinnamon Flavored Gin begins life as our 1808 Gin. Distilled from gluten free grapes or wine from a nearby NY Farm winery, the vapors are infused with juniper berries, citrus, and several select spices and herbs. The gin is sweetened with simple syrup and flavored with high quality cinnamon oil and hot pepper extract. Bottled at 66 proof, we think you will find this to be your new favorite red-hot flavored spirit.
