Batch 1: Distilled and Aged 15 years in Kentucky
INITIAL RELEASE IS Only 2,500 bottles total produced, released in two small batches (1 AND 3) of 10 barrels each.
This bourbon is heavy on the pallet but surprisingly well balanced, considering its age. There is oak, but itβs not overpowering at all. Instead, notes of walnut, leather, smoke, vanilla, and allspice linger for an exceptionally long finish.
