Sagamore Spirit Port Cask Rye

In 2019, our Port Finish Rye Whiskey was honored as the World’s Best Rye Whiskey. The marriage of an award-winning distillery and winery, both from Maryland, is undeniable. This year’s release marks the third iteration of the award-winning rye whiskey by Sagamore Spirit. For this batch, we aged our 6-year-old straight rye whiskey in port barrels from Boordy Vineyards for an additional 3 years. The result is a full-bodied party of juicy raspberries, cherries, and plums dancing with rich caramel, dark chocolate and oaky vanilla complemented by a long, satisfying spiced finish.
