We are a craft beer company, focusing on approachable balanced beers sold across the Tri-State Area.
Simon is a Brit now American with a degree in Biochemistry and 15 years’ experience in Finance before making the world of beer a full time pursuit.
Bert is one of the original founders and owners of Fire Island Beer Company and has spent the last 5 years helping to build the brand to where we are today.
